Whenever we drove home from a family party on Christmas night, my mom used to always remark on how Christmas lights just don't look as bright after Christmas. They seem to be lit from anticipation. Ever since my mom made that observation, I always spend the Christmas season trying to enjoy the Christmas lights as much as possible.
So this week, drive around, enjoy the lights, and the beautiful glow that they cast during these dark winter months. Merry Christmas :)
